CLAY HOMOGENIZER
The purpose of Clay Homogenizer is mixing and homogenizing clayey compounds, mixing the ores and its natural moisture. It is optimal for processing raw material as in application directly to production line. This robust machine is sized to withstand hard working, provided with easy access to all movable parts and it is easy to operate.
A center rotor with two blades forces the clay through orifices and compresses it to mix and align the grains, thus preparing the clay paste to the next steps of lamination and extrusion. In order to assist the material input, it has a shaft with pressers driven by a secondary reducer.
